                                            The Hour of Code offers lessons in Computer coding that are aimed at every age group and accessible on a range of devices. This nationwide campaign embraced by President Obama and featuring free tutorials by the founders of Facebook and Microsoft that are designed to get U.S students interested in computer programming

10/28 Learning Reflection

                                         What we learned this week was about how to get a job and to create a Resume and what should be on it as well. A Resume is a document which includes information on you which includes education, experiences, skills, and accomplishments which is used to apply for a job.

                                    We have learned a lot like about Future and Options how it can help us get into college and do well and school and get a job. And i learned new words like Netiquette, Digital Footprint and Plagiarism and how it can affect our daily lives

Blog post 5 "Future & Options"

                                 What Future and Options does is prepare people for the future and how to get into college, they also provide business with a trained, educated, and diverse workforce. Futures and Options works with students in both their Junior and Senior year to prepare them for college. Since many schools lack resources to provide higher-education opportunities, they help students better understand things about college and what to do about it. Blog post 4 "Netiquette"

                     A Netiquette is a way or proper behavior you should have when meeting someone or talking to someone especially when you are talking to the person online so you be careful of how you state your words.
                    The importance of a good Netiquette is so people don't think your being mean or rude when you really aren't and be careful how you write things online ex. " WOW I HATE YOU". and "wow i hate you". can mean two different things but things like that you can never know when you are talking to someone online so you have to be careful

Blog post 3 "Digital Footprint"

                  A digital footprint is when a person types up your name and they can find everything about you even when you try to conceal some information most of them can be found by just typing your name on the internet so when you are looking for a job is is good to un-tag yourself from things that might not seem appropriate or else you might lose that job.

Blog post 2 "Plagiarism"

                   Plagiarism is when someone steals another persons work and claims it to be their own when in truth it belongs to someone else and not acknowledging the source of that information . Academic Integrity means honesty and responsibility in scholarship.
                         The video states how Plagiarism is wrong and you should not take someone else's work and just try to do your own work because if you do it in College you may be kicked out and your money would have gone to waist and it tells us how to write a good essay without plagiarism.

               A Blog is where you can advertise a certain product or activity and let people read see see your ideas on the thing you are talking about. There are millions of blogs everywhere in all shapes and sizes. In simple terms a blog is where you can post ideas and write things on an ongoing basis.

Two ways Blog can help learning:

1 You can get all types of information on a blog, especially when you don't understand something
2 It can help with homework and class works as well
